Just want to share this so anyone considering Abode is aware of my experience. Their customer service has been nothing short of incompetent and downright deceptive.
The product did not meet our expectations so I attempted to file for a return well within the return window (it was a week after getting it). After going back and forth (and posting here) I finally got some traction and they sent me return labels. I sent the items back and was told it would take 15 days to process my return. That alone is ridiculous, but fine.
Throughout the process I continued to reach out, asking for a response. This month on the 1st, 4th and 6th I reached out and never got a response. Finally yesterday I filed a chargeback with my Chase.. Shocker: Tonight I get an email from them asking for patience as they are still working my return.
I can, in no way, recommend this company on their customer service alone. Why would you trust your home security to a company that can't even work a help desk return ticket.
Hello HomeKit and Abode users! I am relatively new to HomeKit and am having trouble getting my automations and Abode alarm system to cooperate.
I am aware of the little work around by using a plug to arm the system without being asked (like when using geolocation) but this does not work nor do my scenes.

Location automation is having issues again. Suddenly it says I have no devices associated with my home location. When I look under mobile devices there are dozens and dozens of blank devices. Can you guys please get it together? Every update something breaks.
I own an android phone in my wife owns an iPhone.
I've noticed that whenever the alarm is activated indoors her cell phone plays an alarm sound while on mine it plays a regular chime that I used for every order notification. is that normal? How can it be fixed?
