Guys, I was using Altice with Note 10 bought in US and one fine day my note 10 broke. I tried the SIM on other phones I had at home and in none of the phone Altice SIM was recognized. They should of let us know this Limitation before signing the deal or they shouldn't be providing BYD service. Now I'm trying to port out my number for past couple of days from Altice and I couldn't find one CS person to resolve the issue. Any one successfully ported-out from Altice to Lyca ?
Has anyone else lost the abillity to send group messages? my option to choose group vs individual is no longer available. Interesting enough, I thought resetting the APN would fix it, several of the APNs have now disappeared and I'm down to 4. Not sure if they consolidated some of the APNs but nevertheless, the issue is still there whether I add the other APNs back or not.

I'm returning my phone and going back to Metro PCS, I'm never changing again. I've had the service for four days.

Stay away from them if you don't want to spend hours and hours chatting with incompetent CS agents who won't be able to help you in any way.
