Lost my charging case and got in contact with Anker via Amazon. They replied with a picture attached which asked me to contact them directly (despite it saying at the bottom of the message to do all communication via Amazon). Presuming they sent the picture so that they didnt have to ask me to contact them in text, which could be traced by Amazon? Anyway, I emailed firstname.lastname@example.org外围体育投注 and they replied:
"Thanks for contacting us!
外围体育投注I understand the situation and would love to help you with it. I've checked and found we now have charging case stock in our warehouse. Since this kind of situation is not covered by our warranty, please note that we charge £15 for the charging case and £12 for the shipping fee for shipping it to the UK, and it might need 10-15 working days to get delivered.
If you would like to buy one, please pay via PayPal to our account and send us the screenshot of payment. (or please let me know your PayPal email account and transaction id). Our Paypal account is: email@example.com"
All seems slightly sketchy to me, but am I wrong to worry? If I paid via goods & services on PayPal would I be protected?
I went on a hunt for dumb speakers that I likes the look of and I liked Anker so I got a couple of these around the house and plugged in some chromecast audio. Nice cheap Sonos like experience.
My only issue is I dont take the speakers anywhere and they just sit on shelves. Should I be worried about the batteries in them eventually swelling and if so should I/can I remove the battery and just plug them in?
They seem to have the exact Same specs and features. Like is there any physical difference between the two products
Does anyone know what happened to Anker producing the Lumos A2 LED Desk Lamp?
I have one of these lamps and absolutely love it. However, I am in need of a second one for another desk and unfortunately I cannot find it anymore.
Does anyone have suggestions on what I should get instead?
Brand new Power Core 20100 will charge my phone every time, but when plugged into my Insta360 action camera as an auxiliary power supply, it will shut off after 30 seconds. Pressing the button will activate it for another 30 seconds. I had assumed my camera was somehow at fault until I realized I was able to power the camera with three other power banks, including an 8+ year old no-name power bank that has been around the continent and back several times. I’ve always had great experiences with anker products, and this power bank has been recommended by other Insta360 owners.
What am I doing wrong?
