Hi everyone, here is a salmon recipe made with some new ideas which turned out to be super tasty and delicious!

Ingredients:-

Today I will be making Korean Soybean Sprout Side Dish or Kongnamul Muchim. Banchan (반찬) is the Korean word for side dish. At a Korean restaurant, they will provide you with several banchans and soybean sprout is one of the most common and popular side dishes. Refreshing, delicious, and works great with everything!

Full Video:

Ingredients:

  • 450g (1lbs) soybean sprout

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 green onion

  • 2 garlic

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp fish sauce (omit for vegan)

  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce

  • 外围体育投注2 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 外围体育投注1 tsp gochugaru (fine red pepper powder)

Recipe:

  1. 外围体育投注Rinse and wash soybean sprout and boil with 1/2 cup of water and salt for 10 mins on medium heat then drain.

外围体育投注I am a coffee professional and I've been a barista for 5 years.

Recently, I tried to collaborate with the leading alternative milk brands in the market: Oatly.

外围体育投注It... didn't turn out the way I wanted it to, however, that didn't stop me from going to Whole Foods, buying a carton of full fat Oatly oatmilk, and whipping up a batch of vegan condensed milk.

外围体育投注So a little back story, as a barista, I was the outlier. I am (not heavily, thank God) lactose intolerant. So I can't really enjoy dairy drinks. However, since Oatly came into the scene, I was hooked.

Personally, I am on a quest to create the best Cafe Sua Da (Iced Vietnamese Coffee) and I want it to be highly addictive and enjoyable.
