I was just curious if anyone had experience with both programs. As I finish my current run in AX1, I'm finding I'd like to drop my body fat levels. The 'Choose my program' thing spits out Max Size every time, even with my moving the bar towards burning fat over muscle.

For reference, I'm 5'9, 188, 23% bf. Though I also personally don't find Jeff's visible BF scale to match the numbers the descriptions represent.

So Jeff sent out an email making ultimate abs available with the purchase of another program. Says it’s not often available I guess. I don’t know anything about it. Anyone with any experience have any thoughts on it? Worth buying a program even though didn’t really plan on buying a program right now?
I'm extremely sensitive to caffeine and up til now avoided it like the plague because of it's impacts on sleep. Working out was my coffee essentially. Well, I tried xcite for it's other ingredients and because I'd never really workedout w/caffeine before. It did what it was supposed too and I noticed a definite increase in output in the gym. That said, it's 11 hours later and while I'm not wired I definitely won't be able to get to sleep anytime soon, which is unfortunate because usually about now I am yawny AF and ready for bed.
