I'm planning on moving my virtual machines to Azure. I have 3 rules to start with and wondered what servers you would choose.
Initially the network will only have 5 users.

Custom spending limits aren't available.
Erm... Okay... So what would happen if:
I remove the spending limit and someone obtains my Azure IP and makes a billion requests in a period of 1 month and Azure auto-scales, will I get a million-dollar bill? Because I suppose that I'm solely responsible for security and such.
As a solo developer with a tiny app and a credit card limit of 2500$/day but he only rents a single virtual machine for 15-20$/month, is there any way to guarantee that there will be no extra outrageous charges (which in theory could go up to 2500$/month if I understood correctly)?
Am I forced to take a separate credit card with a very low spending limit? This can't be, right?
